Shirley Jo Newsom's Obituary
Born July 15, 1934 in Waco, Texas to Buford and Thora Waldrop; passed away October 27, 2009 in McKinney, Texas. Shirley was a homemaker, devoted to her family. She is survived by son, Richard Buford and daughter, Brenda Capuano; six grandchildren; as well as her brother, Charles Waldrop, and many other family members and friends. Shirley was preceded in death by her husband, Robert (Bob) Newsom. The family will receive visitors from 9:00 untill 11:00 am, Monday, November 2, 2009 at Restland Funeral Home; a graveside service will be held at 12:30, Monday, at Dallas/Ft. Worth National Cemetery.
