Richard Floyd
Shirley’s mother and my mother were sisters. Of course that made us cousins, but in truth she always felt more like my “big sister” (I was 10 years younger.) Today I reflect on countless treasured memories spanning seven decades of conversations, fun dinners and family celebrations. Most important Shirley allowed me and Cheryl, my wife of 38 years, to be married in her and Rex’s home. An experience we will forever treasure. She will always be near and dear to my heart. RIP my dear Shirley.
With eternal love,
Dick and Cheryl Floyd
