Born on June 13, 1938 in High Point, NC and passed away April 16, 2015 in Marietta, OK. Survived by his wife, Velma Boyles; and son, Wayne Carlton. Graveside service for Chuck will be held at 1:00 PM on Monday, April 20, 2015 in the Restland Memorial Park. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, TX 75243.
