Sinouan is survived by his loving family and devoted friends, and will be missed by all who knew him.The family will receive visitors from 4:00PMto 8:00PM, on Friday, January 5, 2018 in the Abbey Chapel at Restland Cemetery. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 6, 2018 at 5:00PM in the Memorial Chapel at Restland Funeral Home.
