Souksamohn Phouangmalay was born March 5, 1949 in Laos to parents Keo and Munh Phouangmalay. He passed away March 3, 2016 in Garland, Texas, just two days before his 67th birthday. There will be a visitation from 5 – 7:00 pm Saturday, March 5, 2016 at Restland Funeral Home. A Buddhist service for Souksamohn will take place at 2:30 pm on Sunday, March 6, 2016 in the Memorial Chapel at Restland Funeral Home. All of his family and friends are invited to attend. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park located at 13005 Greenville Avenue, at Restland Road, Dallas, TX 75243.
