HOOVER, SPENCER LEON was born July 23, 2014 in Carthage, Mississippi to Tebie and Maudie Hoover and passed away July 23, 2014 in McKinney, Texas. Preceded in death by brother, James Hoover, sister, Linda Hoover Dungan; and niece, Peggy Giles. Spencer is survived by sister, Virginia Wood; brother, Eugene Hoover and wife, Joe; brother in law, Cleophas Dungan; sister in law, Bettye Hoover; nieces, Becky Herman and husband, Eric, Sheila Joyner and husband, Jim, Karen Churchill and husband, Darryl, Marty Hoover Gooding; and nephew, Daniel Hoover. Visitation will be held from 9:30 to 10:15 am on Monday, July 28, 2014 at Restland Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be held at 10:30 am on Monday, July 28, 2014 at Restland Memorial Park, Section E.
