Stacy Lee Bullard's Obituary
Stacy Lee Bullard
September 16, 1938 – July 16, 2025
Our dad, Stacy Lee Bullard, 86 years of age passed away the afternoon of July 16th of natural death at his home 1643 S FM 1138, Royse City, Texas in the presence of his daughter, Leta Elaine Bullard, his caregiver by his side. We are so thankful that he was not alone.
He was the 4th child born to Milford Sterling & Mary Elizabeth Clark Bullard on September 16, 1938, in Blum Texas. He worked with his dad and brothers on a dairy farm from childhood to young adult.
He joined the Marine Corp February 27, 1959, to February 27, 1962.
He worked as a Gas Station Attendant at Mobil Gas Station in Fort Worth, Texas
Afterward he started an occupation as a Steel worker at Fort Worth Steel Company. Slaughter Industries in Garland, Texas. Later after a couple of other companies I think, he became a Self-Employed Steel Worker Contractor for over 20 years.
He enjoyed fishing from time to time with his grandchildren. He used to have a white boat with a big blue stripe which matched his side panel van back in day which also matched the house and garage and enjoyed going to the lake occasionally in the early years.
He was temporarily the owner of Heavens Harbor church in Rowlett, Texas for a time during an ownership transition. He loved his church and his Lord and Savior. He loved and is loved by the Pastor of his church and his wife Bro. Joe and Sister Kathy McGahan and all the brothers and sisters of the church. He built the Fellowship Hall of the church, and the church named it after him “Bullard Hall”. He always took care of the church and any remodel that may have been needed. Kept up the grounds and property there.
He was a mentor to so many people and they never walked away without having been blessed by his help. He has a friend that he has worked with for several years, Louis Heffner, who thinks the world of him and has always helped him with taken care of things that needed to be done around his home, and we have come think of Louis as part of the family.

“I have only slipped away into the next room; I am I and you are you. Whatever we were to each other, that we still are. Call me by my familiar name. speak to me in the easy way which you always used…... play, smile, think of me…all is well”
