It’s unbelievable and I am in a state of shock that he is no more - truly lost a good friend, philosopher and a guide. Having known and worked with David for 15 years through various companies, he was truly a great human being and genuinely cared for people. RIP…
I am sorry to write this only now but I just found out and I am still in shock.
I had the pleasure to work with David at Chase and he showed how much he cared about the people around him.
He was respectful and kind, smart and honorable, I have only good adjectives to describe him.

I am shocked and deeply saddened by David’s passing. David and I worked together at Chase in Delaware over the past year plus. For the past 6 months he and I worked shoulder-to-shoulder, day in, day out coaching many Chase leaders and employees on how to work in a new, “Agile” way. It was very challenging, but satisfying work. I got to know David very well and consider him a very close friend. He was truly passionate about his career, family and colleagues at work. He was always kind, very intelligent and of course, as we all know, had an extremely dry wit. My sincere condolences to his family and friends, he is truly missed and will forever be remembered by us all here at Chase. I need to echo a sentiment from Clifford below – “It is very hard to take in news of sudden turn of events like this. One moment there and next, gone forever.” May we all realize how precious and wonderful the gift of life is and not take for granted the relationships we develop. For they could be gone in a heartbeat. God Bless you David, and may you rest in peace.
This is a collective message on behalf of the India team (Mumbai, Hyderabad & Bengaluru). Most of us never met him in person, but interacted extensively over video phone. He was truly one of us, our ambassador, he guided us and removed impediments that came our way. The epitaph – Down to Earth, Perfect Listener & a True Servant Leader – rests well with him.
The artifacts created by him at work, are like a guiding light in our “transformation” journey. His smiling disposition, everlasting cheerful attitude resonates in the work that we do.

David was my “big brother” on the Parish Episcopal School board when I was first invited to join. He was kind, generous and so helpful as I was getting up-to-date with the school. I also am stunned to learn of his death. My prayers are with his family and friends through this difficult time.
David and I served together on the technology committee at Parish Day School and became friends. I am stunned and will miss seeing him at church. He was such a nice man.
I only recently had the opportunity to begin working with David, and he struck me as a thoughtful, committed person with a kind heart and the desire to make those around him better. My deepest sympathies to his family.
David was a compassionate and wonderful team player, and everyone loved working with him. He was an awesome person with a wealth of knowledge.
He is one of the most precious assets and friend we have lost in our team.
