Stanley Joseph Peacock's Obituary
PEACOCK, STANLEY JOSEPH 85 of Farmersville; went to be with our Lord October 20, 2009. Stan is survived by his wife of 62 years, Pat Peacock; five children and their spouses, Stan Jr and Linda Peacock, Sherry and Raymond Avila, Barry and Theresa Peacock, Kyron and John McIntire, and Delta and James Moody; eight grandchildren and one great-grandson. He was a veteran of World War II, serving in the 37th Armored Division under General Patton. He was a custom home builder and real estate broker in the Dallas area. Stan was an awesome human being who was so loved by his family. His sharp intellect, guidance, and humorous wit will be greatly missed. Services will be held Friday, October 23, 2009 at 10:00 am in Restland’s Wildwood Chapel. The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 pm, Thursday, October 22, 2009 at Restland Funeral Home.
