Michael Davis
Steff was a therapist for me during some very difficult times. He brought clarity where there was absolutely none. His kindness and decency, and many of his observations about life are held deeply in my mind and heart. As I care for patients now, I often think of him: "Mike, guilt is just an alarm. It's not intended for you to beat yourself up. Only to do something about it. It's just an alarm." I only learned of his death today, some years afterward. I was saddened. Thanks, Steff. You helped me survive.
