Stephanie Suzanne Duncan's Obituary
Stephanie Suzanne (Stewart) Duncan passed away on Monday, December 26, 2022, at the age of 70 in her home in McKinney. She was born October 3, 1952, in Dallas, Texas, to William (Billy) Gene Stewart and Mary Sue (Reece) Stewart.
Stephanie grew up in Dallas, Texas and graduated from Southern Methodist University in 1974 where she met her husband, Gary Woodrow Duncan. They were married on August 31, 1974 in Dallas.
Stephanie worked as the office manager for her husband’s medical practice until she retired in 2016. She adored anything pink and poodle related. Stephanie loved her poodle puppies of which she had many over the years. She shared a love of SMU football with her husband and family. She was a devoted wife and mom and was loved by those she met.
She was preceded in death by her parents; son Christopher Kyle Duncan and sister Shari Sharmaine (Stewart) Humphrey.
Survivors include her husband of 48 years, Gary Duncan, son Sean S Duncan of Plano, daughter, Danielle S McCain and her husband Brad McCain of Sanger, and two grandchildren, Evelyn McCain and Everett McCain. and numerous other family and friends.
