I was a member of the Littlefield High School Class of 1964. I remember Steve as being such a wonderful, sweet person. Please know that Neil and I extend our sincerest sympathy, thoughts and prayers to you and yours at this time. We know your loss is devastating. God bless and keep you.
I am still in a state of disbelief to think that Steve is gone. I hadn't seen him in a long time, but talked with him on the phone not too terribly long ago, and I knew that his son was his pride and joy. The video really does depict his joy for living, and as so many have previously stated, I am sure that is with our Lord and is smiling down on us all. My prayers are with his family. I have not seen Steve for over 30 years. But, he looked like he was the same happy, out-going cousin that I remember. I am sorry for your loss.

We have some great memories of Steve from our days together as we grew up in Littlefield. We are so sorry for your loss and will cherish our memories of Steve.
Dear Lowe family, I was so saddened by the death of Steve. I didn't know about it until Thursday, the 24th of September, via Facebook. One of his friends, Terry Smith mentioned his name, and I asked about him. I am sorry I missed the call on my cell phone on the 17th. I had not taken my messages. The world will be a much dimmer place without the the presence of Steve. He was a very nice man, and I will never forget him. He was a "star" himself on the face of the earth. He always had a smile on his face, and he seemed to have such a gentle soul. I know he is Heaven, where he belongs, but I wish he could have graced this world with his presence longer. I will miss him forever. We had been friends for a long time, but I haven't heard from him in so long. As I said, I will miss him tremendously! I want to express my heartfelt sympathies to the Lowe family, especially you, Parker. You were the light of his life! As he once said when I asked him who you resembled the most, he said "He's a mini-me." He talked about you so much, and I know how proud he was of you! I know this must be a great loss. I will never forget how he never judged people, and he had friends everywhere!
