Steve Toan's Obituary
We lost a good Husband, Son and Friend on Tuesday, August 22, 2017. Steve was born on April 29, 1958 to Fred and Barbara Toan in Dallas. He grew up in Northwood Hills and attended schools in Richardson then graduated from the University of North Texas. Steve leaves behind his wife Vicki, his mother Barbara Toan, cousins Greg, Tim, and Bob Rhodes. niece Joann Turner and anyone who rooted for the Rangers or Cowboys that he considered Friends. Steve was predeceased by his father Fred “Bear” Toan and his sister Ann Turner. Private funeral service.
