Steven E. Boultinghouse Jr.'s Obituary
64, of Dallas, Texas, died at his residence from pancreatic cancer on Friday, January 30, 2015. Steve, born September 18, 1950, in Dallas, Texas, was the son of Steven E. Boultinghouse, Sr. and Frances Taylor Boultinghouse. He graduated from Highland Park High School in 1969 and attended Abilene Christian College. He married Yvonne Barnes Boultinghouse in 1969 and was the proud father of three children. Steve is survived by his wife of 23 years, Deborah Hines Boultinghouse, daughter Christa B. Flaherty and son-in-law Frank; son Trey Boultinghouse and daughter-in-law Sarah; son Joshua Boultinghouse and daughter-in-law Kelley; mother Frances Boultinghouse and brother Matthew Boultinghouse; grandchildren Victoria, Bryson, Caitlyn, Blake, Evangeline and Suzanna, all of Dallas, TX, and numerous nieces, nephews and others who loved him. The family extends sincere and heartfelt thanks to all of the nurses, physicians, hospice workers and caregivers who provided Steve with warm and respectful care. He is remembered with love and admiration by his family and friends. Steven’s family will receive friends on February 4, 2015 from 6-8 pm at Restland Funeral Home. A service honoring Steve will be held on Thursday, February 5, 2015 at 3 pm at The Wildwood Chapel at Restland Funeral Home. Interment will be private.
