Steven C. Waller's Obituary
WALLER, STEVEN C. Was born in Dallas, Texas on July 14, 1951. The good Lord took him at 2:15 PM on March 13, 2011 at the age of 59 following a 3 month battle with cancer. We want to thank all physicians, nurses and personnel who assisted him and the family. Steven was a loving husband, father and friend and was devoted to them all. He was a faithful Christian and served as an elder at the White Rock Church of Christ for many years. Steven married Mary Carolyn Ridinger on August 10, 1973. During their 37 years of marriage, they had three sons – Craig Michael, Chad Erikson and Kyle Aaron. Steven is survived by his wife, his three sons, a sister – Karen Earwood Jost, and close cousins – Nancy Terry and Rex Phipps. The open Visitation will be from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. on Thursday, March 17th. Funeral services are scheduled for Friday, March 18, 2011 at 3:00 P.M. in the Memorial Chapel. Alvin Gumpert, a former elder at White Rock Church of Christ, will lead the service. The burial will follow immediately.
