Steven A. West, 68, of Dallas, Texas, passed away May 5, 2019 in Plano, Texas. He was born March 3, 1951 to Milton West and Virginia Neeley in Dallas, Texas.He married Francis Gann on June 13, 1970 in Dallas, Texas. He served in the United States Army from August 26, 1968 – March 16, 1970 after being honorably discharged as Private First Class.Steven is preceded in death by his mother Virginia Neeley and father Milton West.Steven is survived by his loving wife Francis West of Dallas, Texas, daughters; Angela Ellis West of Utah, Heather Shivers of Fort Worth and Holli West of Dallas, 7 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren. He will be missed by all who knew and loved him.Graveside Services will be held Monday, May 13, 2019 at 1:30 p.m. at Dallas Fort Worth National Cemetery, 2000 Mountain Creek Parkway, Dallas, Texas. Visitation will be Friday, May 10, 2019 at Restland Funeral Home from 6:00 p.m. – 8 p.m.
