Mr. Steve "Elvis" West, Elvis would be very proud of you! You not only performed as Elvis. you did so as a tribute, not for profit, and that was very evident. You looked the part, but more importantly you performed the part, you didn't have to act, it came naturally to you. You were most gracious when meeting my parents, and were kind to attend my father's funeral. Mr. Steve West. A True Tribute Artist and Entertainer, A Good Friend and a Great Man. I had so hoped to be at your service today, but time got past me. I always enjoyed our work together and was impressed by your Care and Concern for the people in your audience. I admired how your whole family pitched in and did a lot of the “Heavy Lifting” in putting on your shows. It really was a family affair. I regret not getting by to see you more in the latter years but I know you always considered me a friend just as I know that you knew I regarded you highly as a Friend and a Good Man. It has been hard on you these last months I know, but now you get to soar and sing your songs into the Heavens . Hold me a place on the Heavenly stage so we can do it all again one day when I hopefully make it there. I will miss knowing you are here to play a song or two with again, but I know you will be around watching over your family and that we will get to play together again one day.
