I did not know of Sue’s illness and I am so sorry about that. Sue was one of my first friends at First Baptist because Shelley was in the preschool area. As the years past we became close friends, teaching together at Glorieta in the summer one year. Our families became good friends, even going skiing together one year. The Conditt family loved the Reed family. Sue was a beautiful person dedicated to her work and fully given to her wonderful family. Charles, Robin, Patrick, I am very sorry for your loss. You had a wonderful wife and a great mom! As you will, so will I look forward to seeing her in heaven fully healthy and rejoicing to see you and her friends.

Wow…I just found out that Sue had passed. My daughter inlaw’s Dad had ALS and when I found out Sue had it, my heart broke for Sue and family. Sue, along with Sylvia, Jane and Gerald were some of the earliest staff I remember when we joined FBCR in 1983. Charles, Robyn and Patrick your wife, Mom was an amazing Christian lady who loved the Lord and children. Rejoice with the hope that we WILL see her again in Heaven and I am sure she will be working with Children.

Sue Reed was my first ever real boss at fBCR church nursery. She taught me a lot about being on time, responsible and good hygiene with toddlers. She was a light in the nursery. I was impressed Ms Reed was a tall confident woman that I “looked up to you” as a tall young girl.To the Reed family: I’m sorry for your loss. I’m sending love to her husband, son and her daughter, my friend Robyn. God bless u.
