Susan grew up with a love for dance as a child and spent some time as a dance teacher early in her career. The predominance of her career she was an Accounting Clerk and Human Resources Assistant for 20 years at Norco Distribution, a division of Pizza Inn.
Her greatest passion was her family, especially her daughter and grandsons. A loving and supportive mother, she passed along her love of dance to Kelly who has made a lifelong career as a dance teacher. She could not spend enough time with her grandsons particularly in their younger years when her health supported being with them. Susan enjoyed planning family gatherings with aunts and uncles and cousins as often as she could over the years. These gatherings also afforded her the opportunity to enjoy her hobby of photography which has filled dozens of framed pictures, photo albums, and boxes with cherished memories.
Susan was a kind, considerate and compassionate woman to not just her family but to anyone she met as evidenced by many long-term friends over the decades as well as co-workers over the years. In her latter years, she exhibited a tremendous amount of courage and strength in dealing with painful health issues. She left us peacefully on Saturday, February 25"', 2023, at the age of 75.
