Susan Penelope Ward Cook's Obituary
Susan Penelope Ward Cook was born on February 10th 1950. Known to everyone as Penny, she grew up in Irving, TX and later graduated from Mission High School, in Mission, TX and Stephen F. Austin State University. She became a teacher and retired in 2014. A loving wife of 48 years, Penny was also a loving mother, daughter, and sister. She is survived by Billy Wayne Cook of Irving, TX, Kari Christine (KC) Holliday, & Daniel Davis Cook of Plano,
TX. She survived her parents Arthur Boone (AB) & Geneva Ward. She loved her brothers AB “Sonny” (deceased) & Allan Ward, as well as her sister in friendship, Rosemary Roberts Simpson. Penny had three grandchildren, Michael, Emma, & Ellie. She was a woman of faith and loved her family very much. Penny was 71 years old.
