Aunt Susie gave be this book for Christmas when I was 8 years old…it was the first time I had ever owned a “grown up” book. I have moved it across 8 states in the course of my life, and when I finally donated my insanely large collection of hardcover books to the library, I never even considered letting it go. It means so very much to me that it came from her, and is one of the best gifts I’ve ever received. John 3:16…for whoever shall believe in me shall have eternal life. I have faith she is reunited with Don, who she told me was her soul mate. Condolences and peace to all who will miss her presence here.
