Suzie touched the hearts and lives of so many people. She leaves behind a legacy of love and many, many memories of facing life with a ZEST for living! She managed to be happy in spite of her illness and her joy and spirit was contagious to all who came in contact with her. She will be missed!
Karen and Cindy, I am so sorry about your mother. I remember when my mom (Pat Goode) was diagnosed and she had me come get her so we could go and tell her best friend, Suzie. It was so funny because your mom actually acted mad and said " I told you that you couldn't go before me". My thought when I got the call was that as sad as it is for those of us still here – our moms are finally together again – this time forever. I am out of town and will be unable to attend the service but please know that you all are in my thoughts and prayers.
