Sy Vay, 90, born in 1926, passed away peacefully in her sleep on May 29, 2016 in Garland, TX. Sy is survived by her 4 sons and daughter in-laws: Ken & Joy, Kien & Queenie, John & Fei and Xieng & XiaoMen; 3 daughters: Vai, Yi-zenh and Yi-phan; 11 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren. Funeral Service will be held Saturday, June 18, 2016 at Restland Funeral Home, Abbey Chapel at 9:30 a.m Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, TX 75243.
