My name is Mary Beth Tolman and I am on Randy's side of the family. I am so sorry for your loss and mine.
I loved Sybil a lot. Her voice was always smiling when we talked on the phone. I even looked at flights but the cost was prohibitive for me and to drive alone sounded too long.
I tried to have phone visits more than once a year to catch up on the family and her activities. I recognize your names in the Obit and she always talked lovingly about you and appreciated your support and help. I talked to her at the 1st of the year and tried a couple of times since with no answer but always thought-next time....
We became fast friends when we realized our common love of movie theaters with large drinks and a barrow of popcorn, we could share with refills. She was a sweet heart. Even though the time was short at Reunions and many to visit, she always tried to find time for us to go to a movie or spend some time together, with a breakfast or lunch.
My love to you and Sybil's extended family, too.
