Syka Vilsysack, age 74, passed away peacefully on Thursday October 3, 2019 in Garland, Texas. Syka Vilsysack was born on March 1, 1945 to her loving and thoughtful parents Keo Nammavongsa and Sao Nammavongsa in Laos. Syka Vilsysack will be sincerely missed by her loving family, her devoted friends and all the wonderful individuals who knew and loved her.
