HOANG, TAM VAN born April 26, 1991 in the Philippines has passed away November 7, 2013 in Dallas, Texas. Tam is survived by his parents, Thanh and Phuong Hoang and many loving friends. Open visitation from 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM Wednesday, November 13 and Thursday, November 14, 2013 at Restland Funeral Home. Service will be held Wednesday, November 20, 2013 at Memorial Chapel.
