Tam Thi Pham was born December 20, 1954 in Vietnam and passed away February 24, 2017 in Dallas, Texas. She is survived by her husband, Dien Pham and her niece, Loan. Visitation will be from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm, Thursday, March 2, 2017 in the Restland Memorial Chapel and 9:00 am to 9:00 pm, Friday, March 3, 2017 in Memorial Chapel. Mass will be held at 8:00 am, Saturday, March 4, 2017 at Mother of Perpetual Help Catholic Church in Garland, Texas. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, at Restland Road, Dallas, TX 75243.
