There are not enough words to express the loss of Nurse Tami. What an honor it has been to work with her over the years. She was so loved by everyone in Garland ISD. She used to thank me all the time for the opportunity to work with us. I would remind her, we are the lucky ones. I will miss you, but feel better knowing you are looking down on us from Heaven.

Tammy was a truly sweet soul who gave so much of herself to the world. I will always cherish the moments we worked together; her kindness and smile made me feel so welcome and valued. Though I regret not reaching out sooner, I am so grateful for the wonderful memories she leaves behind. She will be deeply missed.
Tami was a light to anyone who met her. She was accepting of all people and treated everyone as family. I had the pleasure of working with her several times at GISD. A day with Tami was a day filled with laughter and joy. I loved following her and seeing all the places she and Scott traveled. Heaven has indeed received a bright light when Tami arrives! I will miss her deeply. 🩷
