Mrs. Teddye Dodson Riggins' Obituary
RIGGINS, TEDDYE D., born September 22, 1925 in Canton, Mississippi and died December 26, 2006 in Irving. Mrs. Riggins was a high school basketball star in the 1940’s and played some semi-professional basketball for a short time. She worked as secretary to Arkansas Governor Orville Faubus, and later retired from P.P.G. Industries in 1987. She was preceded in death by husband, Robert C. Riggins in 1999 and survived by daughter, Sandra Riggins; sister, Bettye Ciliberti; and brother, James Dodson. Services will be held 3:00 PM, Friday, December 29th at Restland Abbey Chapel.
