Terri Jeanne Valenta's Obituary
Born April 15, 1966, in Omaha, Nebraska, and passed away May 4, 2019 in Irving, Texas.Terri was the apple of her parents’ eye. She grew up in Omaha and was a graduate of the University of Nebraska, where she was a diehard Cornhusker fan. Terri loved reviewing recipes and cooking, and she had a special love for all animals, primarily dogs. These were two passions instilled by her mother. Highly lauded in her field of sales, Terri was smart, ambitious and very successful. Her untimely death is heartbreaking.Preceded in death by her parents, Donna and Gene Valenta, her sister, Holly Valenta Rapken and her beloved dog, Keebler.She is survived by one aunt and ten cousins.Service will be held on Saturday, June 15th, 2019, at 10:00 a.m. in the Wildwood Chapel at Restland. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the ASPCA or the Dallas Humane Society.“Rest eternal grant unto her, oh Lord, and let light perpetual shine upon her. May she rest in peace and rise in glory . . . “
