Terry Suzanne Boyer's Obituary
Terry Suzanne Boyer passed from this life on August 11th, 2020 in Dallas, TX. She was 61 years of age. Terry was born in El Paso, Texas on August 4th, 1959 to Jack and LaJuan Boyer. She spent her childhood in Anchorage, Alaska, and had made Dallas, Texas her home for the past 44 years. Terry loved cooking and making delicious meals, and being a mother to her three beautiful children, Ryan, Raymond, and Emily. She was a graduate of Lake Highlands High School (Class of ’77) and completed her education at the Le Cordon Bleu Institute. She was proud of her role as Food Journey Team Lead at Central Market in Dallas, TX.
Terry is survived by her mother, LaJuan W. Boyer; her stepfather, Donald L. Brown; son, Ryan Shanks and his wife, Nisey Shanks; son, Raymond Gonzalez and his partner, April Mendez; daughter, Emily de los Reyes; sister, Kelli Davis and her husband, Brad Davis; sister, Jackie Boyer; as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins. She is preceded in death by her father, Jack P. Boyer; her first husband, Kelly Shanks; and her grandson, Wyatt Gonzalez.
Services will be postponed until a later date due to the current pandemic restrictions. Inurnment will be at Restland Cemetery in Dallas.
