He was born on June 10, 1948, in Elk City, OK, to Bette and Wayne Darrow. Terry spent his early years in Perryton, TX, and later pursued his studies at Texas Tech University, where he proudly became a member of the SAE fraternity. Following his graduation and move to Dallas, Terry embarked on a remarkable fifty-plus year career in real estate. For the past 15 years he served as a Managing Director of JLL’s Industrial Services Division, leaving an indelible mark on the industry. Beyond his professional achievements, Terry had a deep love for hunting, fishing, and the cherished moments spent in Telluride. He took great pleasure in hosting family and friends at his beloved Lazy D Ranch, where he and Jane raised angus cattle, longhorns, and donkeys. Terry is preceded in death by his loving parents, Bette and Wayne. He is survived by his devoted wife of nearly 34 years, Jane, his daughter Lindsey Cobb and her husband Johnny, and his granddaughters Taylor-Ann and Morgan.
