Terry Mack Robinson, 85 of Dallas, Texas passed away on Tuesday, October 1, 2019 in Dallas, Texas. He was born on Monday, January 8, 1934, to William Robinson and Ozette Robinson in Dallas, Texas. He married Shirley Stanton Robinson on July 3, 1988 in Dallas, Texas.Terry had many passions. Most important to him was family. He enjoyed huge gatherings at Thanksgiving, Christmas and birthdays to small intimate ones on his beloved back porch.His children, grandchildren and great grandchildren meant the world to him. He was a devoted member of First Baptist Dallas. He and his wife Shirley enjoyed many years of camping and golf at White Bluff and several trips to Hawaii.Mr. Robinson was a Physical Therapist in Private Practice for 57 years where he provided unprecedented personalized care to literally thousands of people. He retired six years ago but continued his legacy working alongside his son, Terry Jr, at his practice in Grapevine Texas. Patients there got to enjoy his care and compassion and would actually schedule their appointments on days he would be there.He will be missed greatly by his wife Shirley as well as children Jenny Johnston and husband Ray of Nacogdoches, Texas, Julie Russell and husband Pete of Wylie, Texas, Terry Robinson Jr and wife Paula of Flower Mound, Texas and Matthew Robinson and wife Stacey of Phoenix, Arizona. Brother Jerry Robinson of Plano, Texas. Grandchildren Tyler Johnston and wife Cody. Catie Mungia and Husband Kike, Zachary Robinson, Jacob Robinson and Adam Russell. Great- Grandchildren Azalie and Rosalynn Johnston, and Jade Munguia. Step-sons Scott Roach and wife Kim, and Robbie Roach and wife B.J. Step-grandchildren, Ryan, Rachel, Taber, Tanner and Tucker Roach. Terry was preceded by his brothers Bill and Bob Robinson.The visitation for Terry will be from 6:00 to 8:00 PM on October 4, 2019 at Restland Funeral Home.The funeral service for Terry will be at 10:00 AM on October 5, 2019 in The Wildwood Chapel at Restland Funeral Home.In lieu of Flowers, Family requests donations made to the National MS Society https://www.nationalmssociety.org/Donate as well as Grace Hospice Foundation (https://www.curohealthservices.com/donate)
