TOCZIK, TERRY LEE Born December 14, 1947 in Columbus, OH and passed away July 4, 2012 in Kemp, TX. Preceded in death by his grandparents, Herbert T. and Sara Underwood, James and Catherine Toczik. Terry is survived by wife, Judith Cooper Toczik; children, Candi Campos and husband Rene, Heath Toczik and wife Connie; grandchildren, Zachary Toczik, Jacob Reichenau, Natalie Toczik; parents, James and Joy Toczik; brother, Michael Toczik and wife Patsy; sisters, Joni Dixon, Michele Hodge. Visitation will be from 4:00-6:00pm, Sunday, July 8th at Restland Funeral Home. Services will be held at 10:00am, Monday, July 9th at Restland Wildwood Chapel. Burial at 1:15pm, DFW National Cemetery.
