Thach Tan Phan passed away peacefully on Wednesday, July 25, 2018 in Allen, Texas. He was 78 years old. Mr. Phan was born on December 10, 1939 in Vietnam to Dai The Phan and Thoai Thi Nguyen. He was married to My Hoa Nguyen. Thach Phan will be sincerely missed by his loving family, his devoted friends and all the wonderful individuals who knew and loved him. Services: Visitation hours for Mr. Phan will be observed on Saturday, July 28, 2018 from 2:00-4:00 pm and on Sunday, July 29, 2018 from 8:30-10:30 am at Restland Funeral Home. Memorial Service will follow on Thursday, August 2, 2018 from 8:30-10:30am in Memorial Chapel at Restland Funeral Home.
