Thai Vinh Ngo, 53, passed away on Thursday, July 18, 2019, in Dallas, Texas. He was born on Saturday, July 24, 1965, to his loving and thoughtful parents, Peter Ngo and Guong Nguyen in Vietnam. Thai will be sincerely missed by his loving family, his devoted friends and all the wonderful individuals who knew and loved him. Visitation for Mr. Thai Vinh Ngo will take place on Thursday, July 25, 2019 from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM at Restland Funeral Home.
