Bell, Thelma Ruth, 92, was born on December 31, 1917 in Amarillo, Texas to Jack K. and Bonita Thompson Wheatley. She passed away on October 16, 2010, in Plano, Texas. Thelma is survived by her children, Bonita and Robert. A service will be held on Wednesday, October 20, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. in Restland’s Wildwood Chapel.
