Thelma Louise Palmore's Obituary
Mrs. Thelma Louise Palmore was born in Ellis County to parents, Mr. C.D. Williams and Mrs. Eva Williams. She began her education at Telico elementary school and graduated high school in Ennis, Texas. She obtained her higher education at Prairie View College. Thelma later moved to Dallas where she was married to Joe Palmore, June 20, 1952. To this union two sons were born, Joseph and Larry Palmore. She accepted Christ at an early age. Thelma was a member of the Greenville Avenue Church of Christ. She leaves to cherish her memories; two sons, Joseph and wife, Portia and Larry Palmore; two grandsons, Joseph Palmore III and Jay Palmore; three great grandchildren, Josiah, Jaylen and A’Kenyah; sister, Autry D. Riley of LA, California; and a host of nieces , nephews , relatives and friends. Open visitation will be at 4:00 PM on Sunday, September 22, 2013 at Restland Funeral Home. Services will be at 11:00 AM on Monday, September 23, 2013 at Greenville Avenue Church of Christ.
