Theodora Rita Dudley's Obituary
Theodora Rita Dudley was born on March 26, 1925 in Dickson, Pennsylvania and passed away April 2, 2015 in Richardson, Texas. Survived by her loving and devoted husband, Robert Dudley and his loving family. Her daughter, Dee Merrick of San Jose, California; her son, Rollie Merrick of Richardson, Texas and two grandchildren, Molly Simoneau of Jamica Plain, Massachusetts and Dana Merrick of San Francisco, California. “Worry not for me for I have had a good life.” In her 90 years and seven days, Rita’s positive outlook and giving personality brought joy to everyone she touched. Her passion for singing, line dancing and water aerobics filled her life and those around her with so much joy. Rita made the world a better place and with a song in her heart, Rita left us to join the Lord’s Choir in heaven. The service for Theodora Dudley will be held on Friday, April 24, 2015 at 10:00 AM in The Wildwood Chapel at Restland Funeral Home. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Restland Funeral Home and Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Avenue, Dallas, TX 75243.
