FLETCHER, THEODORE ROSSER Born January 27, 1919 in Dallas, Texas and passed away March 4, 2014. Preceded in death by parents, Mr. & Mrs. Alexander Fletcher; brother, Thomas Fletcher; sister, Juanita Jefferson and bro-in-Law, Napoleon Jefferson. Survived by cousins, Lillie M. Shoemake, Pearlena Sanders, Clarence Shoemake Jr., Barbara Smith, a host of other family and friends. Service will be held Tuesday, March 11, 2014 at 12:00 PM at Restland Abbey Chapel with visitation 1 hour prior to service.
