I worked for Tom at Rush Art Supply in Dallas. Some of my best memories of Dallas, were of working there. So many great people. Tom was one of them. I am very sorry to hear he is no longer with us. I have the nicest memories of Tom. My sincere sympathies, Neeny Boscoe Tyo
Tom was a great guy with a friendly and helpful personality that practically leaped out when he would talk to you. I worked with Tom at an art and drafting supply store and found him to be knowledgable and fun to be with. I'm saddened to think that he will not be around to brighten our lives.
Tom and I messaged on FB and shared a lot of thoughts. It was nice to reconnect. One thing that he made very clear was his love of his daughter, Melinda. The ever proud Dad. Sending you my love, Melinda, at this time. Prayers for your family.
Toby was one of my first playmates on Beverly Drive. We spent a good portion of our early childhood together, and I remember those days so fondly. Later, Toby fitted my children for many pairs of shoes at Stride Rite, and I would later see him at Michaels. He always was happy to reconnect and share memories. I will miss him, and hope that his family finds solace in the fact that he loved them dearly and bragged about them with delight. Rest In Peace, my friend.
