Thomas Eugene Jeffrey's Obituary
Born April 29, 1946 in Dallas, TX and passed away February 20, 2017 in Richardson, TX. He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas J. Jeffrey and Billie B. Jeffrey. He is survived by his wife, Lisa J. Jeffrey; son, Thomas B. Jeffrey and wife, Suzette; daughter, Haley Cushman and son, Holden Cushman; sisters, Judy Bowen and husband, David, Jan McCune and husband, Ralph, and Pati Jeffrey. He is also survived by grandchildren, Tiffany, Ashley, T.J., Jamie, Bridgette and Brooke along with nieces and nephews, Joel, Christi, Rhett and Katie. He started his career as an Army doctor after attending UT Medical School. He then started his own medical practice in Richardson in 1977. Through the years, he partnered with Susan Rogers, Chris Clark, Lamyen Tran, Denise Russell and Jessica Dean and loved every moment of his practice and his patients until his retirement July 1, 2016. A Memorial service will be held Saturday, February 25, 2017 at 11 am at Restland Memorial Chapel. In lieu of flowers, Tom would encourage donations to be made to St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital.
