Tommy was a kind and gentle man, always ready to help a friend or a neighbor. I will never forget his compassion during Don's illness and final days. Nor will I forget the care and concern both Tommy and Barbara gave to me after Don left us. But to top it off, their support of my new life with Andrew was overwhelming when they made the trip all the way to New Orleans to be present at our wedding. I love you both Barbara, and am sorry I couldn't be with you during this most difficult time. But I know he is in heaven and I pray that you and his dear children are at peace in that knowledge, too.
