6-9-14 I've just found out that Tom had passed away. Hadn't seen him since August '2002' when he picked KD up from us as a 6 week old puppy. I did speak to him after that. Tom struck me as a sincere, honest family man that was passionate about his water fowling. Our condolences to his family.
Our thoughts and prayers are with your family. Please let me know if you need anything.
Margaret: Tom was a very fun loving gentleman. He will be missed. My sincere condolences to you. Time will eventually give you peace.
The tears that I shed are words that my heart speaks, because I have no words to describe the amount of love and admiration that I have for my family. I am here for you and will stand by your side during this difficult time. My Uncle Tom is one of the greatest men I have ever known and I am proud to call him family. Uncle Tom, I long for the day when I get to see you again. All my love, Amanda
I found out about your loss as I looked for the name of Tom's business to refer a friend. I can't explain first the shock and second the heartfelt sympathy for your loss. Tom was a geniune big hearted business man. I sat and had more than one conversation with him about more than pressure washers…life. He was kind to my son who loved his dog K.D. As he rests in heaven please know that he touched more lives than you know. He took time to let my son see all of his antiques and explain any question he had. Although I met him through a friend doing business our lives did not go untouched by his. Heaven is richer with his prescence. May God Bless you as you heal and hold on to his memory.
Margaret, I am so sorry. You and your family are in my thoughts and prayers. Brenda
Know that I love you and am thinking and praying for you. Libby
Tom was such a "One of A Kind" – close friend, hunting and shooting partner, Father to two wonderful Sons and Husband to an awesome bride! I, my family and all our mutual pals have been honored and BLESSED to have had Tom, and his family, in our lives and are so thankful for the wonderful memories of our lake adventures at Cedar Creek with them and of those in the field and duck blinds. Our loss is Heaven's gain and I will be will be seeing my Pal there soon! Our Love and Blessings to Margaret and the entire Kunkel family! Semper Fi! Luke 18:27 ~ Tom Chapman, Tool, Texas
What can one say? Tom was the ultimate kid! He loved any kind of competition! Steve and I were lucky enough to go skiing with him and Margaret at Fellowship one year and it developed into a lifelong friendship. We've raised kids together and seen grandchildren enter the world. The world will be less fun for everyone, but we know Tom is with Jesus and is probably "duck hunting" right now! Margaret, Thomas, and Troy, we love you and are praying for you! May God give you peace during this sorrowful time. Love, Vicki
