Tom, I am thankful to have known you through the OnRamps program and to have experienced your passion for your students and your teaching practice. Your presence was always so joyful and welcome. You will be missed by many.
I met Tom this summer in Austin at the OnRamps training. He was a part of our group that got together there as first year OnRamps teachers. I only knew him for a short time, but I considered him to be a good friend and colleague. My thoughts and prayers go out to his family. He will be missed.
I enjoyed getting to know Tom in Austin during On Ramps training and again seeing him at the updates in Fort Worth. He was really knowledgeable and helpful. He will be missed.
Tom was one of the highlights of going to OnRamps training... He was the life of the room and I loved bantering with him and teasing him... there will be a huge gap in the PreCal OnRamps community... to his son... you were the light of his life... he lit up when he talked about you, and every time I saw him he had something to share about you 💛💛💛
Tom was a funny guy, and a brilliant mathematician. I'm glad to have met him. He will be missed dearly.

Condolences to Mr. Frank Coronado and the entire Coronado family !! I was so saddened today to hear about Tom's passing. I have such fond memories of Tom and you Mr. Coronado ! Tom was such a good friend of mine at St. Mark's, I laughed when I heard " Hey Buddy " today at his service! When I first came to St. Mark's in the middle of 8th grade, Tom was so helpful and friendly with his warm smile ! We quickly became good friends ! Later when I transferred back to the University of Texas, I roomed with Tom and spent a semester renting a house in Hyde Park together. Tom was in intense training for his upcoming Fight Night that spring. I remember having a few late night parties and interrupting Tom's sleep! Lol He was so serious about his training and his studies ! He was one tough son of a gun !! What a good man and I will miss him very much !! God bless you all, Mark Jones
