Thu-Huong T. Tran's Obituary
Mrs. Trần Thị Thu Hương was born on November 21, 1958, in Thủ Đức, Vietnam. She was the tenth daughter of Mr. Trần Thới Nguyên and Mrs. Lê Thị Mỹ.
She grew up and lived with her family in Cần Thơ. In 1988, she met Mr. Lê Minh Xuân Hải. In 1989, she welcomed her eldest son, Trần Thành Cát, followed by her younger son, Trần Trường Giang, two years later.
She later moved with her family to Tây Ninh.
In 2001, she and her two sons were reunited with family in the United States.
Over 26 years in the United States, she devoted herself wholeheartedly to caring for her family, raising her two sons, supporting their education, helping them build stable careers, and guiding them as they started families of their own.
She was a loving mother and a cherished grandmother. Throughout her life, she lived simply, joyfully, and with a heart full of love, always placing her family above all else. Her quiet sacrifices and unwavering care became the foundation of her family.
She had a deep love for cooking, especially preparing meals for her children and grandchildren. She shared a special bond with her granddaughter, often visiting her, spending time together, and lovingly caring for her in small but meaningful ways, such as buying her clothes and cooking her meals. Though she was a quiet person, she was always gentle and warm, with a kind smile that brought comfort to those around her.
In her later years, she found happiness and peace surrounded by her children and grandchildren, thoughtfully ensuring that everything was in place for her children’s futures.
Her memory will forever be a source of love and strength for her family.
She will be deeply missed by her children, grandchildren, relatives, and friends.
