So sorry to hear of Thurmans passing. I first met Thurman in the early 90s as we worked together on the night shift at Color Dynamics. He was my favorite boss. He had a unique way of saying a sentence with pauses and punctuation that you couldn't help but laugh. I find myself, even today, doing the same from time to time. Through the years we've kept somewhat in touch through email. We met for lunch in the early 2000s when I was working at another company and going to college. I appreciated that. My wife and I had the pleasure of having lunch with him and his wife, Bernice, around 2010 in Allen. Our condolences to Bernice and his family.
I knew Thurman through water skiing. Several times we rode together to water ski tournaments in Arkansas where he was one of the judges. He was always good company and was always pleasant to be around. His funeral today was as nice a service as I've ever attended. I'm glad my wife Carol and I got to go, but sorry that there had to be a funeral. Life is surely going to be different for his family and friends now. Our sincere condolences to Bernice, Karen, Kristie, and his entire family.

I remember when my cousins Thurman and his wife Bernice inited me to visit them in their home. We had such a great time looking at books and family photos! They are always a great asset to our family reunion! Thurman, you will be greatly missed by all who knew you!
