Timothy Ray Carlson's Obituary
Timothy Ray Carlson born February 13, 1956, in Seattle Washington, the youngest of 6 children, affectionately known as "The Timmer" to his family, and was welcomed into eternal life on April 24, 2025.
Tim moved to Dallas with his family when he was 3 years old and attended Hillcrest High School, graduating in 1973 and then attending the University of North Texas. He was in the commercial/residential landscape business for over 40 years and landscaped many exquisite homes in the Preston Hollow/Park Cities neighborhoods along with several commercial projects with Texas Instruments. He lived a colorful life but was a simple man who loved cooking gourmet meals and spending time outdoors
He will be dearly missed by his family and friends. Predeceased by his mother, Dorothy Carlson, his father, Harold Carlson and his brother Gary Carlson. Survived by his two daughters Kimberly and April, his brother, Hal Carlson and wife Stephanie, his sisters, Linda Clark and husband Dale, Diana Ackerman and husband Randy and Darlene Fletcher, numerous nieces and nephews and his beloved and cherished dog, Mickie. Per Tim's request, no service will be held. Donations may be made to the Pancreatic Cancer Society or if you wish, plant a tree/flower. Tim's ashes will be spread in the great outdoors where he loved spending his time.
