Timothy Patrick "Tim" McGuire's Obituary
Timothy Patrick McGuire, 63 of Grand Prairie, TX passed away on December 8, 2020 in Arlington TX of a tragic accident. He was born October 16, 1957 to Richard McGuire and Jeanne McGuire in Chicago, IL. Tim worked as an Auto Service Advisor for 40 years. He is survived by his wife, Joy Sobel McGuire, daughter; Erin McGuire, sons; Cameron McGuire and Ryan McGuire, brother; Richard McGuire Jr of Bedford Tx. and 3 grandchildren. Tim was preceded in death by his sisters Patricia McGuire and Marilyn McGuire. Even though Tim worked in the auto industry, he was also a Western Fiction Novelist with 10 published books, an avid sports fan who loved his Chicago Cubs and Dallas Cowboys. He was a devoted husband, father and grandfather. Tim was a man who loved his family. He also enjoyed a good debate and a good cold beer.
