Mr. Tin Ceu, age 48, of Garland, Texas passed away on November 26, 2020 in Richardson, Texas.
Mr. Ceu was born in Myanmar on February 10, 1972 and will be deeply missed by all, including his beloved wife, Khuang Zi.
